Goto Tools works with some 3rd parties to help run secure, reliable and cost effective services. This is a list of companies with whom we may share data to fulfill our obligations to you as our valued customer.
We use Google for all our hosting services from Google Cloud to Firebase. We also use Google Analytics for engagement tracking and Google Workspaces for messaging and communications.
We use HubSpot to process the majority of our interactions with users including tracking their engagement. We also use HubSpot for our support ticketing as well as quote to fulfilment.
We use Posthog to process website and application events and tracking of user engagement, including A/B testing.
We use Resend to deliver transactional and product lifecycle emails, such as account, billing, and engagement notifications.
We use Stripe for payment processing and subscription management.
